He is survived by: his children, Tammy Luper of Fort Smith, Ginger Spiller (Larry) of Fayetteville, Raney Rose (Duane) of Mulberry, Curtis Luper of Bentonville and Clancy Henry (Amy) of Ozark; and his siblings, Dale Luper (Betty) of Fort Smith, Jerry Luper (June) of Greenwood and Donna Ross of Greenwood. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren.
