With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Huy Xuan Pham of Fort Smith, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2026 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pham Du Luong and Nguyen Thi Hoe; and his wife Nam-Tran Truong. He is survived by: his children, Nam-Xuan Bell, Nam-Huyen Ang, Quang Xuan Pham (Trang Kim Nguyen), Dawn Koser (Bob Koser), Minh Xuan Pham Bell (Kim-Ngoc Duong), Nam-Yen Keck, Binh Xuan Bell, Nam-Anh Mora (Alfredo Mora) and Nguyen-Quan "Nee" Karas (Robert Karas); his grandchildren, Scott Bell, Elisabeth Bell, Stephanie Ang, Sanford Ang, Stanley Ang, Monica Pham, Cassandra Easton, Izabella Pham, Solara Koser, Eric Pham, Justin Pham, Alec Keck, Kade Mora, Issac Karas and Nate Karas; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Bell, Hannah Bell, Jacob Bell, Adam Bell, Scarlett Ready, Bella Adora Cole, Carmie Easton, Zoey Keck and Chloe Keck. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
