He is survived by: his wife Ellen Fraley of Fort Smith; his brother Jim (Kathy Fraley) of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Josh (Shannon Jones) of Dover, Parker (Chelsea Fraley) of Greenwood, Taylor (Laura Fraley) of Fort Smith and Kotter Fraley of Greenwood; his sibling's children, JJ and Shelley (Tim Broadaway); Casey Fraley of Lavaca.
