With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James P Cottrell of Fort Smith, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Cottrell and Mart Cottrell. He is survived by: his wife Ann Cottrell; his daughter Kimberly Stroud; and his grandson Dakota Stroud.
