It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Glenn Canady of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his sister Jerry Canady of Donough, GA; his children, James Canady Jr. (Carrie) of Fort Smith, AR and Lynn Rowe (Kelly) of Van Buren, AR; his grandchildren, Katee Potter (Mike) of Arkoma, OK, Austin Canady (Andrea) of Van Buren, AR, Andy Laing (Sara) of Fayetteville, AR, Dusten Canady (Fantasia) of Siloam Springs, AR, Dylan Laing (Olivia) of Highfill, AR, Brennin Canady (Kaitlyn) of Pauls Valley, OK and Kryssy Counts (Jonathan) of Dardanelle, AR; his great grandchildren, Kaylin Greene, Will Potter, Kym Potter, Max Laing, Aspyn Canady, Jace Laing and Maevis Counts; and also Lisa Canady of Gassville, AR. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
