She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Edgar Lee, Jr. (Ed) and Routh Merle Brackett Lee; her son Jerry Hartfield, III; and her son-in-law Windell Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hartfield, Jr.; her daughter Eleanor Wallace of Greenwood, AR; her daughter-in-law Cara Hartfield of Fayetteville, AR.; her grandsons, Benjamin Richards (Christian) of Benton, AR., Michael Wallace (Megan Griffin) of Greenwood, AR, Jerry Allen Hartfield (Naomi) of Anchorage, AK, Alex Richards (Brooke) of Bremerton, WA and Samuel Hartfield (Blakely Hudson) of Fayetteville, AR; and her siblings, Mary Eleanor Sweet of Tallahassee, FL, Samuel Edgar Lee (Sam) of Diamondhead, MS and John David Lee (Joy) of Diamondhead, MS.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First United Methodist Church, 200 North 15th Street, Fort Smith AR 72901, OR to Arts on Main, 415 Main Street, Van Buren AR 72956.
