She is survived by: her parents, Johnie Stephens and Shirlene Stephens (Thompson); her children, Ashley Stephens of Fort Smith and Matthew Sidler (Allison) of Alma, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Arabella, Aubrey, Ainsley, Annabelle, Chandler, Tyler and Magnolia; her brother Donald Stephens; and her close friends, Debra Clinard, Joyce Stilwell and Megan Cook. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
