He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Shelby (Brown); his children, Julie Shelby of Little Rock, Elaine Shelby of Fort Smith, Jason Shelby of Siloam Springs and Joshua Shelby (Bobbi) of Mansfield; and his sister Donna Saldana of Milltown. He is also survived by grandchildren; and (6) great-grandchildren.
