He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, Chris Galloway (Christina) of Greenbrier, AR and Jeremy Galloway (Chelsea) of Fort Smith; his siblings, Delores Pistacchio (Tommy) of Fresno, CA, Donna Renfro (Gary) of Van Buren, AR, Wayne Galloway of Fort Smith and David Galloway of Pocola, OK; his grandchildren, Ashley Jahnsen (Galloway), Caleb Galloway and Cohen Galloway; his nieces, Alisha Ballard, Heather Hutcheson Miller, Melissa Erwin and Mandy Dime; and his nephew Ricky Hutcheson.
