He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lewis, Sr. and Margaret Neal Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lewis; his daughters, Heather England and Ashley Rapp (Freddie); his grandchildren, Bryce England and Isabella Rapp; and his siblings, Jackie, Gypsy and Sam. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
