She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Marshall and Wanza Mae Collins (English); her husband Cleatis Carroll; her daughter-in-law Edith; and her siblings, Opal Stout, LaVonne Harvard and Sidney Collins.
She is survived by: her son Steven Carroll of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Nicholas Carroll of Fort Smith and Elizabeth McKinney (Nick) of El Dorado, AR; and her brother John Collins of Euless, TX.. She is also survived by three great granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ocker Putman Funeral Home (4500 Jenny Lind Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Roselawn Cemetery (5403 N O St, Fort Smith, AR 72904).
