He is survived by: his wife Gwen Burton; his children, John Osteen and Michele Blair; his grandchildren, Zachary Burton, Bobby Neil Blair III, Jonathan Blair and Ariel Blair; and his great grandchild Emersyn Burton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home (201 N 12th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart of Mary Church (1301 Frank St, Barling, AR 72923). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location.
