He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Joe Franklin and Ruby Catherine Clark; and his brother Raymond Clarence Franklin. He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Joe Franklin, Karen Baird and Sandra Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
