She was predeceased by: her father Billy Joe; and her pet Abby. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Willhite (Williams); her husband James Shepard; her children, Tony Joe Nguyen (Olivea) of Pearland, TX, Billy Joe Nguyen (Nancy) of Pasadena, TX, David Shepard of Greenwood, AR, Christie Harvey (Sean) of Hartman, AR and Donna Green of Russellville, AR; her grandchildren, Neo, Kye Nguyen, Austin Shepard, Ethan, Isaac Harvey, Joplin and Jaylynn Green; her great grandchild Jameson Shepard; and her siblings, Bobby Joe Willhite of Chester, AR, David Wayne Willhite (Paula) of Campo, CO, Angela Phillips of Florida and Tracy Turnbough of Missouri. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
