He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pemberton and Sandra Kay Pemberton (Fisk); and his grandparents, John, Myrtle Pemberton, Calvin and Gertrude Fisk.

He is survived by: his siblings, Leah Wilson (Jimmy) of Mansfield, AR. and Steven McDonald of Arkoma, OK.; his aunts, Carol Ary (Ricky), Sue Mayhall (Wayne) and Wilda Powell of Quinton, OK.; and his uncle Don Fisk (Sue).
