He is survived by: his wife Victoria Western (Peknik); his children, Tony Moravac II of Kansas City, Tyler Collins of Blue Springs, Missouri, Teresa Collins of Blue Springs, Missouri, Samantha Moravac of Overland Park, Kansas, Mason Moravac of Overland Park and Nicolette (Patrick Johnson); his grandchildren, Cory Johnson of Fort Benning Georgia, Cecilia, Jackie Hibbs of Fort Riley, Kansas, Erick Johnson of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Patrick Johnson II of Fort Smith and JaNessa Johnson of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his sons, Joseph Western of Hackett, Arkansas and Vadin Suttles of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his granddaughter Riley Moravac of Lacey, Washington.; and his siblings, Donald, Barbara Western, Nancy Cooledge of Peoria, Illinois, Sarah and Ruben Contreras of Naples, Florida.. He is also survived by 10 grand-children.
