He was predeceased by: his parents, James Webb and Mary Jane Powell (Conley). He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Powell of Fort Smith and Joe Powell of Fort Smith; his brother Robert Powell of North Carolina; and his grandchild Cohen Powell of Montana.
