He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Johnston and Betty Johnston; and his siblings, Jeanie and Larry. He is survived by: his sons, Cody Johnston and Trent Johnston (Ribbon); his daughter-in-law Tara Johnston; his siblings, Billy James, Randall Wayne and Kippy Lee; and his grandchildren, Kaleb, Alexxis, Rylie, Chase, Preslie and Bryan Johnston. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
