He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Ann Smith and Roy Tripp. He is survived by: his parents, John Smith and Denise Smith of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his children, Jack Henley, Emilee Caroline and Claire Elise Smith of Fort Smith; his sister Caitlin (Andrew Bobel) of Troy, Michigan; his grandmother Hazel Tripp of Fort Smith; his nephew Augie; and his niece Lottie. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jordan's memory to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
