He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Flatbush, Jr. and Trudence Darlene Flatbush (Hayden). He is survived by: his wife DeAnne Lee (Newsom); his children, Alicia Marie Knotts (Donnie) of West Fork and Jeremy William Denson (Desiree Newton) of Bella Vista; his stepchildren, Amber Robison of Fort Smith, Ashton Merriman of Fort Smith and Adam Robison of Fort Smith; and his siblings, Vickie Steckel of Illinois, Linda Upton of Illinois, Karen May (Fred) of Illinois and William Flatbush (Vanita) of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
