He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Joseph Kilpatrick of Muldrow, Oklahoma, Kristie Miller of Muldrow, Crystal Cormany of Shady Point and Kathy Rahm (Anthony) of Cameron, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Lee Kilpatrick of Clayton, Oklahoma, Wanda Tubbs of Wilburton, Nadine Hendershot of Clayton, Linda Kay of Tulsa and Norma Cecil of Tennessee. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
