We announce the death of Josh Norman (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 53. Josh will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his mother Danna Presson Norman; and his father-in-law William Kelly Newton. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Newton Norman; his children, Lillian Elizabeth Norman and William Webb Norman; his father Howard Norman (Kim); his siblings, Aynsley Wells (Scott) and Zeke Norman; his sisters-in-law, Sara Lane (Chad) and Lucy Lundy (Michael); and his mother-in-law Marilyn Newton. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many wonderful friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Roebuck Chapel of First United Methodist Church (200 N 15th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Trinity Catholic School, Ronald McDonald House Fort Smith, and Good Samaritan Clinic.
