She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Tucker and Beulah Tucker; her husband Harold; and her sons, Dean Polk (Marissa), Bryan Polk (Kim), Mark Polk (Tanya) and Tim Polk.
She is survived by: her brother Chuck Tucker (Minnie); her grandchildren, Jared, Caleb, Christen, Kenneth, Loretta, Amber, Coral, Hannah, Jonathon, Michaela, Matthew, Abigail and Hadassah; her great grandchildren, Jaxson, Braylon, Connor, Nathan, Amelia, Sawyer, Shannon, Jessica, Timothy, Ian, Kason, Evelyn, Lily, Kodi Kay, Leelynn and Willow; and her great great grandchild Jordyn.
