She is survived by : her caregiver Dime (Shelby); her children, Lisa Mailand of Fort Smith, Lynda Applegate (Deron) of Oak Ridge, TN and James Bell of Lavaca; and her grandchildren, Paige Dime, Zoe Beatty, Brittany Bell, Alyssa Bell, Ashlyn Bell, Terry Don Garris, Tori Garris (Autumn) and Chloe Garris. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
