He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Chapple of Bonanza, Arkansas; his children, Jerry Schalski of Texas, Justin Schalski of Clinton, Missouri, Melissa Schalski of Fort Smith and Amanda (Thomas Shepard) of Muldrow, Oklahoma.; his siblings, Jerry Schalski Jr. of Texas, Paul Schalski of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Cindy Machaun of Fort Smith and Angela Stewart of Jenny Lind, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Nicholas Holly of Fort Smith, Michael Shepard of Muldrow, Oklahoma and Nevaeh Shepard of Muldrow, Oklahoma; his nephew Timothy Schalski of Jenny Lind, Arkansas; his niece Clonda (Matt Urbine); his great-niece April; his great-nephew Andrew; his cousin Bettie Marie Rogers; his close friend Stacy Lord; Levi and Mykie Lord.
