He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his granddaughters, Paige McCoy (Chris) of Fort Smith and Chelsea Hansel (Corbin) of Mansfield; his great grandchildren, Jayden McCoy, Riley McCoy, Sophia McCoy, Chase Hansel and Coen Hansel; his siblings, Mary Ayers of Fort Smith, Kathy Maden of Pocola, Tony Maden of Pocola and Terry Maden of Pocola; and his son-in-law Scott Short of Greenwood.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the The Cedars (520 Dewey Ave, Poteau, OK 74953). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the Follow Macedonia Cemetery (1002 Karl Ave, Pocola, OK 74902).
