He is survived by: his wife Karin Goodwin (Scheuner); his children, Michelle Green of Purdy, MO and Brian L. Goodwin (Becky L.) of Greenwood, AR; his grandchildren, Matthew L. Green (Chasity) of Siloam Springs, AR, Dr. Kaethe Goodwin Chigumira (Sam) of Fort Smith, AR and Grayson P. Goodwin (Courtney) of Pea Ridge, AR; and his great grandchildren, Callie Green, Alara Goodwin, Caleigh, Cason and Caleb Farrar.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
