She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Parrish and Inez Parrish (King); and her husband Randolph Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Ralph Lewis of Fort Smith and Douglas Lewis (Loyce) of Swartz Creek, MI; her grandchildren, Dustin Lewis (Whitney), Derek Lewis (Alyssa) and Melissa Bays (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Levi, Gracelynn, Milo and Eden Lewis.
