She is survived by: her husband Johnny Gallagher; her children, Breanna Pulliam, Taryn Gallagher and Austen Gallagher; her siblings, Kevin Dukes, Bonita Dukes, Melvin R. Dukes and Terry Dukes; her parents-in-law, Cynthia Gallagher and Frederick Gallagher; her grandchildren, Brylee J. Masterson, Maddox Pulliam and Emilio Delacerda; and her siblings' children, Haley, Kevin, Clay Dukes, Cassandra, Chelsea and Dakota Jones.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services Get (463505 OK-101, Sallisaw, OK 74955). A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Akins Cemetery (468616 OK-101, Sallisaw, OK 74955).
