He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lloyd Vaughn and Mary Jean Jeffery; his siblings, Delpha Vaughn, Marvin Vaughn and Bobby Vaughn; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Brasch, Gerry Don Vaughn, Laurie Douglas and Andrea Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Vaughn; his sons, Jason Vaughn (Amber) of Fort Smith and Corey Vaughn (Terri) of Greenwood; his siblings, Paula Henry (Robert) of Pocola, Denise Cox (Dusty) of Rye Hill, Della Brasch (Mike) of Fort Smith, Jerry Lee Vaughn (Paula) of Pocola and Wendell Vaughn (Suzie) of Pocola; and his grandchildren, Taylor Vaughn, Ethan Vaughn, Cooper Vaughn, Sawyer Vaughn and Harrison Vaughn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (1115 D St N, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Lutheran School, 2407 Massard Road, Fort Smith, AR 72903, or through the First Lutheran Church website.
