She is survived by: her children, Channa Gardenhire (Lynn), Leigha Belk (Josh) and Jessica Armistead (Hance); the father of her children Timothy Graham; her grandchildren, Anthony Torres, Tyler Belk, Derek Miner, Kori Lee, Logan Boggs, Kolt Boggs, Beau Armistead, Tyler Armistead and Jackson Armistead; her great grandchildren, Gunnar Belk, Lincoln Belk, William Lee, Isaac Belk and Leo; her sisters, Shirley Qualls (Richard), Marilyn Jones, Kathy Henson (Dan) and Sirena Frazier (Jack); her sister-in-law Teresa Graham; her brothers, Johnny Polk, Ronnie Polk (Boo), Jerry Don Polk (Marilyn), Terry Wayne Polk (Sandy) and Larry Daws; and her brother-in-law Sonny Tuck. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
