He is survived by: his children, Amber Polk (Michael) of Pocola and Jacob Edwards of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Nikolas Castillo, Emily Doshier and Matthew Cook; his great grandchildren, Harper, Liam, Lemon, Hazel, Lukas and Lily; his former wife Debbie Shepherd Edwards; his close friend Sheila Flurry; his siblings, Julie Edwards Eversole (Danny) of Van Buren and Jimmy Edwards of Barling, Arkansas; his niece Stephanie Waack (Matthew); his nephews, Nathan Jent and Blake Sutton; his great-nieces, Adaline Waack and Kaylea Jent; and his great-nephew Ethan Jent.
