She is survived by: her husband Gerald W. Sloan of Howe, OK; and her children, Gerald (Gerry) of Fayetteville, Jo Lynn (Jodie) of Fayetteville and Samuel (Sammy) of Fort Smith. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
