She is survived by: her son Roger Cook; her grandchildren, Calvin and Lacy; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Wayne, Jacob, Mckenzie, Eli and Ezra; and her great great grandchild Cooper Doyle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
