She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Sonny" Jeffery and Deloris Lavone Keene (Davis); and her brothers, Jeffery McFerren, Charles Dewayne Keene and Charles "Buckshot" Randal Keene.
She is survived by: her children, Ethan DeLeon, Evan DeLeon, Abigail Sheppard and Mercedes Sheppard; her close friend Bill Spencer; and her siblings, Jacklin Bibb, Carol Lynn Torres, Sunny Gayle Crook, Jeanette Thorton, Kathaleen Supulvado, Beverly Morgan and Joel Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
