She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarissa Carter (Evans) and Charles Carter; and her son-in-law Allen. She is survived by: her sister Pat Young; and her children, David (Ellen), Sandra Smith and Michael (Carol). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
