She is survived by: her mother Violet Haney (Inkebarger); her husband William Schmalz; her son Duane Schmalz of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Ryan Schmalz and Hannah Melton; and her siblings, Steve Haney, David Haney and Ann Rogers. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
