She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Xavier and Kathleen Marie Thorne (Keller); her daughter Kimberly Anne Charlton; and her sister Anne Durst (Thorne). She is survived by : her husband Michael Charlton; her children, Bryan Charlton (Karena) of Ridgedale, Melissa Tyndall (Stuart) of Springdale, Mark Charlton (Jennifer) of Roslyn, WA, Kristin Rogne (Brandon) of Fort Smith, AR and Patrick Charlton; her grandchildren, Braden, Seth, Jonah Charlton, Taylor, Molly Tyndall, Thomas, Anna Claire, Emma Horn, Magnolia Rogne, JP and Elliot Charlton; and her siblings, Beverly Rittenhouse (Rick), Christine Beck (Terry), Frank Thorne (Jana), Mark Thorne, Joseph Thorne (Jill), Teresa Oyler (Stan), Rosemary Thorne (Dusty Griffin) and Catherine Powell (Billy).

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be sent to Christ the King Catholic Church or The Fort Smith Mercy Hospital Hospice, Attention Michele Holland.
