He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Stephens and Beth Stephens (Carolan) of Fort Smith; his brother Travis Stephens (Kelli) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his nieces, Kaitlin Stephens (Carolyn) of Bogotá, Columbia, Kalli Stephens of Miami, FL and Kennedy Stephens (Kamryn Stephens) of Washington, D. C..
