She is survived by: her children, Amy (Randy White), Heather (Adam Welch) and Aaron Chapman; her granddaughter Adrienne White; and her siblings, Stephanie Brooks, Belinda Perkins-Brooks and Greg Grounds. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
