He was predeceased by: his father David J. Stoufer, Sr.; and his siblings, Lisa Stoufer and Guillremo Stoufer. He is survived by: his mother Elva Stoufer of Fort Smith; and his siblings, Edna Carnahan (David) of Fort Smith, Karen Halsell of Fort Smith and Tony Condi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
