He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry James Lewis and Penny Barbara Lewis (Weber); his wife Melinda Clevenger (Oglesby); and his brother Tommy. He is survived by: his children, William (Amy), Tammy, Melinda (Terry), Billy, Patrick and Destiny; and his sisters, Patricia Ann (Richard) and Ramona Jean (Keith). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
