He is survived by: his parents, Mickey Butler and Beth Butler (Hardwicke) of New Blaine; his sister Andrea Robertson (Kendal) of Paris; his nieces, AnnaBeth Kate Baumgartner (Randon) of Paris and KenLeigh Blake Needham (Ethan) of Paris; his great-nieces, Lainey Kate Baumgartner and BlakeLeigh Lynn Needham; his great-nephew Breckon River Baumgartner; his aunts and uncles, Carlene (Butler), Don Balch, Bob (Becky Hardwicke), Bryan (Sandra Hardwicke) and Jane Ann (Randy Koch); and his great-aunt Betty Hardwicke.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Brownwood Life Care Center, 7500 Wells Lake Road, Fort Smith, AR 72916 to go towards their playground expansion.
