She was predeceased by: her mother Gladys Andrews. She is survived by: her father Allen Bell of Texas; her husband Marcus Webb; her sons, Charles Smith (Joana) of Fort Smith, Quincy Smith of Fort Smith and De'Antre Perry of Fort Smith; her siblings, Angela Bell (Odell) of Fort Smith, Kiandra Andrews of Fort Smith and Christopher Andrews of Fort Smith; and her granddaughter Olivia Smith.
