She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Gilliam and Ruth Gilbert Gilliam; her husband Jim Barnes; and her sons, David Miliam and Travis Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, Kaylon Barnes of Fort Smith and Theresa Deiss of Seattle, Washington; her siblings, Charlotte Hurston of Van Buren, Billy Huddleston of Spiro and Butch Huddleston of Fort Smith; her granddaughter Madalyn Walker; and her nieces, Tracy Fines of Spiro and Pamela Sharp of Fort Smith.
