She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Nelson and Clara Nelson; her husband Fred Cousins; and her sister Linda Alexander. She is survived by: her brother Harold Nelson; her children, Leigh Ann Fuller (Chuck) and Craig Cousins (Linda); and her grandchildren, Brooklyn Blankenship (Ben), Jackson Fuller (Caileigh), Savannah Verdier (Will), Chandler Fuller, Mason and Samuel Cousins. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home (201 N 12th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (1115 N D St, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Roselawn Cemetery.
