He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrel C. Blubaugh and Margaret Blubaugh (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Wilma Blubaugh of Fort Smith; his daughters, Pamala J. Ward (Butch) of Racine, MO and Rhonda Stewart (Dan) of Fort Smith, AR; and his grandchildren, Robin Stang, Heather Rodgers, Monte Ward, David and Daniel Stewart. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
