He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wade and Mae Wade. He is survived by: his wife Irma Wade; his sons, Cully Wade (Amanda) and Cody Wade (Sara); his grandchildren, Ashley Cole Creek (Steven), Coleton Wade (Danielle), Carson Wade and Sullivan Wade; his siblings, Allen Wade, Jackie and Vickie; his niece Misty Pryor; and his nephews, Devin and Dustin Norwood.
