She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Wade and Nora Wade; and her husband Billy Joe Hayes. She is survived by: her son Joey Hayes (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Colton Cerny and Brittney Burgess; her brother John Leon Wade (Maryann); and her nieces and nephews, Neil, Alan, Jackie Nell, Vickie Wade and Carla Dunn.
