Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (1820 N B St, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at the Oak Cemetery (1401 S Greenwood Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
